I had a bad experience here. The nurse was amazing and very kind. However, the doctor was a bit unempathetic when telling her about my concerns with my period. I told her I had a very concerning chest/heart issue after using a birth control method, and would prefer other options. I’m currently going to a cardiologist because of this issue, yet my side effect has been completely ignored at this office, and I have already tried two birth control methods in the past.
