Ashley is the most knowledgeable and effective massage therapist I've ever been to! She very clearly communicates before and after your massage, on what you think is wrong and exactly what muscles are causing it. She gives helpful tips on things to do at home between massages. She truly gives you the best experience!

I just had my first Massage with Ashley Marie and it will be the first of many! I scheduled a 90 minute sports massage in hope of finding relief for my chronic back pain. I have being seeing physical therapist, chiropractors and massage therapist on and off since the summer when I injured my back. Ashley did more in one visit than all the others. She is very intuitive and addresses the dysfunction on a whole body basis. She has advanced level of skill and extensive knowledge how the body works.
