RUN!!! I repeat RUN!!! If you are a resident, residents family or employee RUN as far away from this company as you can!! The administrator, Kaylene Kilpatrick, manages her community through fear and intimidation. She is narcissistic and only goes by her rules. From a regulatory standpoint, there are so many violations; to include administering insulins without being delegated!! Again, RUN!!!!!!!

This place is amazing, I was lucky enough to get to work for this company. The administrator Kaylene is amazing. She welcomes all of her staff, residents, and residents family members with open arms. She treats everyone as if they are family, as do all the staff that work there. They all go above and beyond to make sure all residents are cared for and to show them just how much they are loved.
