Yessi and her team are amazing!! They know their residents very well and the love and care they show to each one, makes my heart happy!
Given what I have seen since I've been here the administrator Yessi is amazing! the crescent location feels like home. Residents are adorable. I absolutely love it here. Care staff's at Ashley Manor are all wonderful.
Yessi listens when I have concerns about my Mom, she addresses them with her staff & addresses problems I may have with her staff. When my Mom is having a bad day & Yessi is around, she turns my Mom's bad mood into a happy one. Yessi is sweet, kind, compassionate to all, my Mom & I love her. Thank you Yessi for all that you do for your residents, the ir family members & staff.
They take great care of my mom. I am happy she is in that 🏠 se.
