Wonderful place - I never write reviews! My father and I were not super close when his memory started slipping Della helped me with all the paperwork. As well Kellie kept me super informed always texting me along with Della while he stayed her for over a year maybe two! I could not ask for nicer people and my father Francis had a really nice ending to his life here with these women. I cannot say enough good things. Staff is always friendly and helpful
My mother was at Ashley Manor for 5 months. She had dementia with aphasia. I was her voice! I had numerous talks with Kelly (management) regarding; poor hygiene, missing clothes, as well as a dirty room. I observed 1 aide on duty numerous times as well, to care for all of the patients. This was too much work for the aide, as well as inadequate care of the patients. The patients sit in the living room watching television all day.
