Went to see my grandma a couple weeks ago and the staff was very rude, no one greeted me, no one asked me to sign in or even checked who I was, the admin was in the office and didn’t say anything and the floor staff just glared at me from the kitchen the entire time like I was ruining their day and making their job harder by visiting. My grandma also complained that one of the staff named Page is very rude and mean to her. Considering having her moved to another more friendly and professional facility.
Every interaction I have had with the staff at the Jerome Ashley manor has been amazing over the last several years. And yes, I may be biased a bit but Savanah Dillon is an amazing administrator and her entire team is just as amazing!!!!
I can write a book about how great this staff and establishment is! My mother isn't just a resident she is family to them! Can't praise them enough! I know each and every one of the staff members by name, and they know me as well! Nothing but love to all of them!
As a field clinician, I see this assisted living facility sets the standard for excellence. Their proactive approach to addressing the needs of residents with dementia is commendable. From personalized care plans to regular family updates, they prioritize transparency and communication. Kudos to Christina and Savannah for their dedication to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for all. Home like environment ❤️
This is the 2nd facility my husband has been at and it has been wonderful. They have readily done whatever the doctor has requested & tracked any issue needing to be tracked. I am free to eat meals with him & have enjoyed them. They send me pics of him participating in activities or if he has injured himself I receive a call & pics. The staff have great attitudes & I really appreciate it. My husband enjoys the back porch sitting area. I cannot recommend these folks enough for hard times like these.
