Top Staff has unprofessional skills. Food is made for peo. Who have healthy teeth. Hard dried up food. Manager needs to leave 4 dogs at home not for the residents care. She is rude.disgusting professional manners. Don't take family there. Oh visitors are unwelcoming. Family are restricted to 2× per month. Care is one person per shift of 10 residents. Mom keeps falling. Bruises all the time. Meds. Who knows. Residents are ignored.
My Great Aunt is a resident here and I stopped by and saw her the other day. When I arrived she was in the kitchen and the House manager Leah and I believe Sonia was her name, the other manager, and my Auntie were playing a game and my Auntie was smiling and seemed very happy. I didn't stay long as they were about to serve lunch but I felt very confident that my family member was safe and happy. My father recently passed away and had advanced Alzheimer’s. He was a resident and always got he care and guidance he needed from the staff. The staff has patience and much compassion. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
