management problems During my experience with Ashley Manor, there were some very good workers who worked hard, treated us well, as well as our loved one. There were others who did an average job, but didn't really aknowledge the families of the residents. I was pleased when I saw that more really good ones had been hired, but soon after, they were no longer there. I don't know why.
