New Patients are not welcome at Ascension Sacred Heart specifically Dr. Ashley Martin’s office. I want to warn the public about their practice. The sad part is this has nothing to do with the provider Dr. Martin as I was not even given the opportunity to see her as a patient. I saw my provider who then wrote a referral requesting an appointment with Dr. Martin. She tried on multiple occasions to fax it into their office but was not successful. Dr Martin is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful.
Exceptional experience from the front desk to seeing Dr. Martin. She listens carefully and uses intelligent deductive reasoning to find the missing pieces to be sure no stone is unturned. She is not a dismissive pill pusher. She wants to know the answer to the problem as if it were her family member. I am gratefu!
Dr. Martin is wonderful. Always takes time to provide the best care. Thank you for all you do for me and many others.
