Maddy is the best!!!
Unfortunately, this place has gone stupidly downhill since I last visited a few years ago. I was first greeted by a unwelcoming receptionist on the phone and when I arrived, which made me uncomfortable... certainly not what you want to feel at the dentist. I came in for a checkup on the NHS and as I had pain in a tooth, left with 3 fillings, not including my painful tooth. Absolutely amazing makes you feel so comfortable when your nervous 10/10
I would to thank Janhaui and the dental nurses. My mum has Dementia, they was very patient with her. When she started to tell them about her childhood they were interested in what she was saying, and very understanding. Thank for you for your 1st class service. Mrs Arnold
Absolute disgrace of a company! I called up for an appointment, and was told I can spread the cost of my tooth extraction after I said that I could not afford the procedure. However at the reception being asked to pay, after the work had been done, I said I am spreading the cost. It wasn't until then that the receptionist told me that I couldn't spread the cost, and that I had to pay upfront. I told them I did not have the money, and I had been told I could spread the cost.
