Had an appointment for my daughter. 30 minutes after our appointment time I asked if they could give me an update on when we would be seen and was informed there were 5 people still ahead of us. I had to take off work and take my daughter out of school for nothing. And now I have to call our insurance company to request a different Dr. absolutely ridiculous
I have endometriosis, Fibroids and possibly adenomyosis with ovary and fallopian due to endometriosis and an ovarian tumor several years ago. New to the area and ttc. Ashley listened to my concerns, reviewed my previous history, and gave me her honest opinion and options. I already knew I wanted to see a fertility specialist and she referred me to a fertility clinic in Norfolk and one in Virginia Beach. I had such a horrible experience today with Dr. Lubecki. I have gone to her previously for my annual visits and not really had any issues, but I scheduled a preconception appointment because I had quite a few questions that I wanted to go over with her. She made me feel as though I was wasting her time, that my questions were idiotic, and she started the appointment along the lines of "so I don't even really know why you're here." Ashley has been one the best drs Ive encountered when in the most vulnerable position as a women, being pregnant or having female issues. She did nothing but show the most care and attention. Always responsive even when off call. Answer all questions, was always proactive and ordering any tests remotely necessary to ensure health of mom and baby!! She is a blessing to women in this community.
