My family paid Ashley thousands of dollars for physical photos that we have never received. I have been trying to get her to communicate with me and do the right thing since May. She did my daughter's sweet 16 photos. We have never even seen them. The dress she wore can not be used again because during her session the dress was ruined, which would have been fine if we actually had received the pictures. I wouldn’t recommend, she charged a large amount for a photo album and made us pay before we got the album (which we never received) 8 months ago for a newborn photo shoot. Have contacted her multiple times with no response. I wanted a refund for half the amount I paid since I received digital copies but not the physical copy we discussed.
Ashley is so talented and professional! If you don't know how to pose for a shot, she will guide you. You get your photos back in a timely manner with the system she uses to narrow the gallery down to your favorite photos. It was such a pleasure to work with her and I look forward to doing it again!

Being a real estate broker, it's important to have a good, professional head shot, and Ashley Lowder Photography delivered! Her work is top quality and working with her is a great experience.
