The Dr is lovely, however as a patient I feel like an afterthought. Reflecting on both in office visits being late to see the provider...my time doesn't seem to be of consequence. I do not feel a sense of urgency from this office. I called 2 days ago leaving msg with NO response from anyone. So today I go into the office at 8 AM and was reassured I would be taken care of. Dr. Lopez is fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. The staff is terrible. I was scheduled for a mammogram next door at Winter Haven MRI. I went to my appointment and they said they had been trying to contact the office for a week because the order was incorrect. I said I’ll just walk next door and get the corrected one. Gave it to the front desk and they said it was still incorrect. At that point I needed to leave because an hour had passed. Had to immediately switch doctors after just one visit here because the service was just not there. Mainly the front desk and non existent Billing Dept. I’m under my husbands State job insurance also in network, we called to confirm with the insurance that all ultrasounds are covered we just need to pay a copay… front desk tried to tell us no.
