Dr. Lopez is fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. The staff is terrible. I was scheduled for a mammogram next door at Winter Haven MRI. I went to my appointment and they said they had been trying to contact the office for a week because the order was incorrect. I said I’ll just walk next door and get the corrected one. Had to immediately switch doctors after just one visit here because the service was just not there. Mainly the front desk and non existent Billing Dept. I’m under my husbands State job insurance also in network, we called to confirm with the insurance that all ultrasounds are covered we just need to pay a copay… front desk tried to tell us no. Dr. Lopez is the best doctor I have ever seen. Her bedside manner is impeccable. You can tell that she is actually listening to your concerns. I wish I was younger, so she could have been my OB during my two pregnancies.
