Dr. Batten and staff are awesome
Dr Batton is the best dr we have had. She know us personally and makes sure we get all the medical needs rulfilled in a very timely manner. She spends as much time as we need and has even helped us as we were traveling out of state with medical needs
Billing is never accurate and requests to billing are futile. Referrals are slow to get done or not at all. In addition to Dr. Barton’s inability to handle multiple issues or send in medications with accuracy or in a timely manner make this provider a no go for anyone but healthy people.
I just called Dr. Batton’s office to let them know I am not taking the medication she prescribed and I am no longer her patient. I had asked her if there were side effects from the new medication she was prescribing and she said no. NO SIDE EFFECTS. I am abreast cancer survivor still taking preventative medication. I looked up the medication she prescribed and it showed an increase in breast cancer for women.
