As a doctor, she's fine. The problem is her office staff. She's associated with Huntsville Hospital and the bureaucracy of the office staff is beyond belief! They don't answer the phone. They have attitudes and egos bigger than the hospital itself. If she's going to be out of the office on the day of your appointment, they don't bother to call you to reschedule, so you don't find out she's not there until you show up.
