Warm, compassionate, knowledgeable, and real people Drs. Barthlow and Shell are fantastic. I totally trust their judgement. They are great with my pets - 3 dogs and a cat. When I had to have my elderly, most loved dog euthanized, the entire team at Heritage were compassionate and caring. I know that I could probably get medications a little less expensively, but the staff actually cut pills that need to be cut. All the little extras are meaningful.
Great People I take my schnauzer to see Dr. Barthlow. She is great and is genuine and I feel like my dog is in the best hands. They have great hours. They have accommodated immediate appointments for my dog.
Great Vet! By Tina F. I think Heritage Animal Hosp. is great. Dr.Adrienne Shell is such a wonderful addition to the staff. She was so caring and professional with a golden I just lost. From the beginning of his illness to the end she was so considerate about him and what I was going through. PetMeds haters Because of their personal dislike for PetMeds, this vet makes you come in and pickup prescriptions that you have already paid for. They could just call it in to PetMeds and save you a trip. But they would not make any money that way. I just switched from Heritage to a reasonable vet that doesn't make me jump through unnecessary hoops.
SPECTACULAR VETS I have 3 rottweilers and all of them have been cared for at Heritage with DR. Barthlow. Dr. Barthlow is an amazing vet and an amazing person. She has helped just about everyone of my dogs through some tramatic accident or another. And you know when your pets trust your vet that is a sure sign of a GREAT vet and a great person. I would recommend this Vet Clinic to everyone I know.
KIND, PROFESSIONAL, CARING VETS & STAFF My two Pug dogs were seen on an emergency basis after our house fire. Their office fit my dogs into their busy schedule. Dr. Barthlow was extremely knowledgeable. Their staff washed my dogs and their leashes really well to get the smell of smoke off them. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this office!
Great Vet!! The Doctors and the entire staff are really friendly. We take our two cats there for a nail trim once a month. Also for any health problems. They are very good and dependable. I would recommend them. Lots of free parking as well.
Wonderful Place I love my vet and even my cats enjoy going there. They are very caring, they sent out a card when our dog passed. They send very nice postcards to remind you when your animal needs their next shots. Which is very convient for busy people! Great Animal Hospital! This used to be called Poffenbarger Animal Hospital but got recently bought out by new owners, who happen to be the vets there. Dr. Ashley Barthalow is the greatest vet out there. She is so kind and caring for all animals and you can really feel that you can trust her. They are a great price and never over charge. Definetly worth checking out! Dr Barthalow specializes in cats which is great for us since we have 2!
