Staff was friendly, pool was nice. Rooms were acceptable but nothing special
Clean and quiet room, welll maintained with hearing and cooling. Hotels staff was friendly, check in was quick and easy. Elevator here is suuuuuuuper slow though. Good wheelchair access. No ocean views.
Did NOT notify that service dogs HAVE TO BE UNDER 20lbs!! until AFTER WE GET IN THE FRONT OFFICE!!! Then they tell you on the notice on the WALL!!!! anyways denied us our hotel room in the middle of the night and had to find another motel. And No, it isn’t or wasn’t listed ANYWHERE on Booking.com about animal weight!!!! And YES it is a LEGAL registered federal service dog!!!!! and below is the pet policy at their desk! there is a hand written note posted on the wall barely visible that states the 20 pound rule.
The hotel did not advertise that the pool and the hottub were out of order for weeks and didnt offer any compensation. Poor service and zero effort to do the right thing, you can keep your scam hotel
