I ordered furniture from Ashley Furniture 15 months ago, got the runaround when I queried why I had not received it 2 months later, then the store closed, had one useless email from Johnnys Furniture who apoarently owned the stores in Victoria, have never received a refund, although I requested one several times, very annoyed!!

Terrible Experience with Ashley Furniture We purchased a sofa from Ashley Furniture for $4,500, and it has been an absolute nightmare. Initially, they told us it would take one month for delivery, and we agreed to wait. However, months went by—3 to 4 months, to be exact—and even then, they couldn’t provide a clear timeline. Worst experience !we bought bed with side tables back in April 2024 but they said one side table is not available so it will take 16 to 20 weeks means it should arrive in August or September but it’s December here ,not responding to phone calls ,calling their south morang store which they said permanently closed ,totally stealing people s hard earn money ..don’t go to aishley furniture partner with Johnny furniture ..big names but shameful act👎
