**** WARNING **** Never Buy Anything Made By Ashley Furniture and Never Buy Furniture From Ashley. They use a Bait & Switch Scam to deliver Junk. I bought furniture from Ashley Homestore (AHS) which is owned by Dufresne Spencer Group (DSG). As you know, I paid good money for New, Undamaged Furniture. DSG showed up to deliver the furniture. I thought they were delivering what I ordered. Instead they ran a Bait & Switch Scam, by bringing in Broken Furniture and basically running out, leaving me with their damaged and bro... read more

If I could I would put -10 stars for Ashley Furniture store in Manassas VA. Stay away from them! I have purchased furniture in 2020 it was paid through store offered credit card. I have paid it off and closed the account. Now, I received a letter stating that they are taking me to collections for unpaid balanced..... This is clear harassment. It was already dismissed once by the judge as we've proved that the balanced been paid, and yet they turned around and did it again....

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE EVER!! I HAVE MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS EVEN TO BBB AND STILL I HAVE NO RECEIVED ALL OF MY MERCHANDISE. HERE IS MY FIRST COMPLAINT MADE ON 7/16 I went in the Manassas Virginia store to order my furniture on June 6th. I told the sales associate that I moved on June 26th, I expressed how important it was to receive my furniture by then. I was promised that week or the following. I told them I would pick up my items myself so that I would not be charged the $199 delivery fee. You have to call them... read more
