Very friendly customer service, informative and timely service all the way from ordering to delivery. Very happy with the purchase of our foldout couch. The couch is comfy and the bed component is also decent for a foldout couch with its memory foam feel.
I was told the couch I bought would be sturdy enough for my dogs to lay on. I was assured the couch was durable and was sold the “protection plan” for $400 for lifetime cleaning and maintenance. The cushions lost their shape quickly and looked saggy after 3 months. When I contacted them to provide the warranty work they told me I was no longer eligible because I let my dogs in the couch.!!!! We furnished a lot of our entire new 5000sq ft house through them. When there was an issue the wife/owner basically said nothing I can do. Her exact words where: i know im going to loose you as a customer but so be it. We finished buying somewhere else....we had ordered 2 chairs and the fabric did not match the samples.
