We are very happy with the furniture and service we received at the Ashley HomeStore in Kingston. The store owners are friendly and knowledgeable and we never felt rushed into decisions. The delivery staff (Jack and Allan) double as service technicians and were very helpful when I noticed a small manufacturing flaw in one piece. They removed the imperfect piece of furniture, took it to their warehouse and returned it in 24 hours fully repaired. Service like this is hard to come by. Thank you!
Ashley furniture store in Kingston was wonderful. The owner was easy going and so helpful. He shared his knowledge and advice without being pushy. They have a wonderful selection of furniture and competitive prices. The store has a "cozy family " feeling and the owner David made me feel comfortable right away. He helped find something and was able to deliver before Christmas, which I appreciated so much! I would strongly recommend as we had an excellent experience.
I had an amazing experience at Ashley Homestore while shopping for a new couch! I ended up needing to pick a new couch 3 times! (I was indecisive, to say the least!), but the team was nothing short of patient, understanding, and accommodating throughout the entire process.
