Ordered 2 recliners on January 7, shipment delayed 3 times, finally arrived March 15.. Had to return one recliner as right side arm/support was detached from frame , as was support board was cracked. Still waiting for results as to what is happening. Mean while I'm enjoying second recliner.
Tammy was super helpful when I ordered my new couch a few months ago! It was delivered today and I am super impressed with the comfort and the feel of it! I love my new couch!!!
Shipment date got delayed again and again. Pick up time got delayed again and again. Good thing they decided to help me out so I didn’t have to wait for them to put away a whole truck load of furniture. Could do better with their shipping time and scheduling.
Received exceptional customer service, a small issue with a product at no fault of the stores and they happily rectified the issue.
