I don't recommend this company I buy bed for this company $1700 and give me damage bed I have to return and now is one week they don't need to give me my refund be very careful to buy anything for this company

My experience with Ashley Furniture has actually been horrible. I bought a sectional & within weeks I noticed it was starting to sink, cushions were no longer firm, pelting & tearing on the material, cushions not fitting in properly & a fairly annoying sound as if something is rubbing when you sit down. I have been given new cushions but it looks like the material is pulling since these new foam cushions are so firm. Overall I am not happy with my sectional.
