I've been in here a few times , also I have made some purchases. Great variety of home comforts and Nik naks too. Sales people are helpful and they are laid back which is a nice way to allow you to browse.

I never had such a bad customer care services ever in my life. I complaint about the Sealy mattress bought in Dec 2017. The mattress was sagging from the side and bumpy/uneven from the middle. First, they were not flexible with the availability to visit for inspection. They wanted to visit during the office hours on week days. Anyhow, they asked me to take out everything from the mattress so that they would be able to inspect as I was not available during the specified visiting hours. I am normally a big fan of Ashley HomeStore in Cambridge. I order all my furniture here and have had good experiences in the past. In October I bought a couch and 3 months later have not received it. I phoned to ask about where my couch was and was told it had been discontinued. No one would have even contacted me to tell me if I hadn't asked.
