We are very pleased with the service we received at Ashley Homestore. Both Alex and Kaitlin were extremely helpful in our purchase of two recliners. I went in to purchase an adjustable bedframe from Heba one of the saleswomen. I thoroughly explained my situation alongside my family friend who also was there to support me through my condition & spinal cord disease I’m suffering from. I was sold a floor model base from the Burlington store showroom floor.. I was told it was to be picked up from the store and deliver to my home the following week. The delivery was completed right on time, and the furniture arrived in perfect condition with no damage. The movers went above and beyond by removing the old bedroom set, setting up the new one, and even assembling the bed (which I wasn’t expecting). They also cleared away all the packaging and left the house spotless. Excellent service — I highly recommend them!
