There were 3 gentlemen for the delivery, it was tricky as it's an apartment, but they did a great job. They unpacked, placed, and tested the Recliner before leaving to make sure it was working. Great service and courteous staff.
Tere was professional, polite, and knowledgeable.
Henry was amazing. I gave him my room measurements and told him my thoughts and he made suggestions and told me what wouldn’t fit. Very help and only suggested what would work. I would recommend everyone to Ashley because of him. And if you can go to the Burlington store and deal with him even better.
