Ashley has a great selection of products and we found what we were looking for thanks to our sales rep Meagan who was friendly and knowledgeable and professional when interacting with us on our purchase. The staff were lovely. Carolyn was very helpful. We ordered two items which took a week to arrive. I picked the items up and brought them home for assembly. I was almost finished assembling the second one when I realized that two homes were drilled in the wrong space. Customer service tried to help, however, I did not want to wait to use this as we have been waiting for them. Being a carpenter, I rectified the problem.
As usual, Ashley's delivery team were right on time and the whole process was flawless. The delivery team was very pleasant to deal with.
