We’ve been searching for a couch for about a year. Our search is finally over! Carolyn was incredibly helpful, answering our (approximately) million questions and walking us through the full cost we would have to pay. They were able to price match the couch we wanted, so we ended up getting an even better deal than we were expecting. The most amazing part of the couch experience was that we never felt rushed and were able to talk though all our concerns with Carolyn. Amazing experience.

Unfortunately, this was my most disappointing shopping experience in Canada. Based on the salesperson’s advice, I applied for a Fairstone card and used the full credit limit. I had asked about the impact on my credit score, but later I realized that using the entire limit had a very negative effect. I also spoke with the store manager, who mentioned they would follow up with Fairstone and get back to me, but I never received any update. I recently purchased a sofa from Ashley Furniture in Newmarket. Megan, my salesperson was exceptional and her knowledge was impressive. She knew everything about the construction and fabric of each piece—the frame, the durability of the fabric and the density/comfort of the material inside the cushions. Megan was patient and didn’t rush me. How refreshing to have a salesperson who goes above and beyond to truly help a customer. A great shopping experience! I, therefore, highly recommend Megan and Ashley Furniture.
