Husband and I were in store on Sunday. I had already been in the week before and wanted to show my husband the furniture I liked. Sales staff was loud playing tag,running through store,laughing,one girl was crawling on the floor trying to scare her coworkers. Very unprofessional we just finally left making no purchase. This is a place of business. I was very disappointed.
Purchasing was a great experience. After sale support and any warranty horrible.
Chris was great to work with. They price matched another store. Service was friendly, couch came in fairly quick. Delivery guys got my old couches out and new ones in (hard task with our house being a little small) I will shop with them again.
Chris was very helpful and professional. We would definitely shop with him again.
