Good afternoon, I was at Ashley’s with my husband a few weeks ago to buy a piece of furniture, and I had a terrible experience with the customer service — something that had never happened since we became customers of the store in 2019. The salesperson practically didn’t speak to me, only to my husband, and at most would just answer my questions without even bothering to look me in the face.
