Consumer beware! The parent group, Dusfrene, which are Canadian franchisees of this American company was fined $Cdn 3.25M in 2023 by the Competition Bureau for predatory sales practices. EDIT - Our experience has now changed to Excellent Service!! The manager has dealt with the issues and was great to deal with! We will now be back to shop in their store. Thank you I have sent two people to come to your store and buy furniture. Originally they were happy with them, but then the customer service they received when the couch was not the correct size was horrendous. PLEASE...buyer beware! I would give zero stars if I could. I bought a kitchen table and chair set and there was a defective leg on the table. I requested a new leg (if they could please take one from another and replace it when the new one comes in), and they declined and said they had to order a new one (which could take up to 4 weeks to receive). Ashley's furniture are the worst company in Canada. I've been ripped off buy Ashley store, bought $2000 living room supose to be new livingroom. Unfortunately what I received to my address from the manufacturer is used furniture for a priced of new. That's a scam from Ashley furniture.
