I purchased a couch at the store on the 5th and the sales person told me that the couch is available and can be delivered the same week. Because, I was going out of town, I asked for a different delivery date and she gave me Aug 14th. She also told me that I would get a call a day or two before and will be given a delivery time window. I didn’t get a call so I called Customer Service and they said we have it in our warehouse, unfortunately Saturday is already fully booked so we’ll deliver this Sep 3rd!
