I had recently made a purchase at another store which I wasn't satisfied with; feeling pressured to purchase. I did a search to find a particular chair I was looking for and Ashley website came up. Not only did I find the chair I was looking for, but I also found a couch I preferred. And bonus, both were in stock. I Would never deal with Ashley's EVER! my furniture was about 3 months late. Only part of it came and had to wait another 2 months for the remaining pieces. Friendly staff but customer service follow ups are ridiculous from head office. Since my issues I have heard so many bad things and do NOT recommend !
