The initial purchase of our large order was good the sales rep was nice and not pushy. So far we've received damaged items the table legs had to be replaced. An end table was so damaged the driver didn't even take it off the truck. That end table took 3 months to be replaced and arrived damaged again. We were told by the sales rep that we did not need a box spring as the mattress just sat on the rails of the bedframe.
