It’s a franchise and Ashley furniture in name only-very frustrating
RecommendedI had a great experience at this Ashley homestore. My favorite part was Theresa n who was very nice. She sold me my furniture. I am still in love with my dining table and living room set. I even bought my whole room set with her last year. Best out there. Go with Theresa Nedvar.
I had such an amazing experience there at Ashley Homestore in Roscoe Square. I was greeted when I walked through the door and the sales reps were very attentive and understanding of what I wanted for my home.
We worked with Lupita O Sullivan from the Roscoe Village location to buy a bed frame, sofa set, and coffee table and she was wonderful. She has such excellent costumer service and she took the time to answer all of our questions and help us make the best decision on our purchases. She was very professional and helpful! We will be looking for her when we need our next purchase.
