Ordered a mattress and was told it would be in 4-6 weeks. It has now been over 7 weeks and not even a phone call to update that there was a delay. I had to call the store just to find out that my mattress is delayed due to covid. Still blaming everything on covid. I still don’t have a definitive date but was told that it would be in the first week of April. I am now shopping around to see if I can find a Mattress in stock or somewhere that can get me one before April. If so I will be canceling this order.

RecommendedPromised the girls at the Waycross store I’d get around to posting a picture of my new entertainment center. I have been a faithful Ashley’s customer for a little over 3 years and will continue to purchase from the Waycross location as they have always went out of their way to leave me pleased with my purchases. Love love my new Blinton Entertainment Center 🖤 Can’t name names as every employee at this location has went above and beyond! 10🌟 Edited to add: Still LOVING my sofas and tables ❤️
They talked with me and my daughter for an hour an showed us round the store they are great!!!!
I've been a long time customer and stopped by today to pick out more furniture. As always, GREAT customer service, GREAT prices and I'll definitely be back.
