First let me start off by saying my sales man, Alex and the delivery guys were great. However, I bought a couch and love seat OVER A MONTH ago and I just received it today, with one of the motors in the recliner broken. The delivery guys said that they will replace the motor but what a hassle. Taking another day off work to have it repaired when it should have showed up in working order. We were greeted by a gentleman named Scott Merrill. He showed us exactly what we were looking and we were very pleased with his knowledge of the furniture that we purchased. Just want to say that the furniture we will be replacing was purchased at an Ashley store 40 years ago. Very pleased.
