I wish I had read the reviews before we did business with this horrible company. They will take your money and run!!! Avoid them. They are expensive and their quality is horrible. They do not honor agreements. There are many builders in the ************ and I am sure they have their faults. Ashley Homes has an owner that DOES NOT CARE - he just wants your money.

This review is in the early stage since we just signed a few months ago to build and we have not had as smooth of a build as we like. So far we found theirs a disconnect between our sales agent and the Owner or they just plain think less of customers after they get a contract and money. Vendors speak highly of the owner but so far we are just keeping notes. Built here a year ago in Silverleaf lot is a swamp never dries enough to even mow. Asley owner ***** double talk is all I got cost us 7 thousand to put drainage in

Ive personally seen the owner yell at home buyers (myself included.) He did not honor many of the warranty issues we sent in. Many of the home buyers have had the same issue. If you just accept his word and dont care about your new home, Ashley Homes will be great for you. Many homeowners in my area have filed lawsuits for cracking stucco. An engineer tested our house and found the stucco wasnt done to code. Within 2 years cracks formed around the entire exterior. I closed on my home a couple of weeks ago. Trust was established from the beginning and continued throughout the process until the end. ***** was available via phone, text, and email easily. It was a very organized process to meet with Setzers Appliance (*************************), ************************************ (****** ), First Coast Lighting (*****), and Five Smooth ************************ (*****). We bought what we thought was our dream home from Ashley Homes in ***** *****over 2 yrs ago. I say Thought because it has been a nightmare. We tried to be as hands on during the build to catch any mistakes we saw before or during the making in order to fix beforehand but we lived in Jacksonville, worked full time and we were going through a remodel and sell of our old home.
