Professionalism is paramount in any business even the medical field. Took my father for his appointment 10/24/25 at 8:20. Check-in. Paid co-pay. Five minutes later the receptionist call me back up to let me know that Ashely Hall was not in today. She asked did anyone call to let me that Miss Hall was not going to be in that day. I told her know one call. The receptionist did reschedule for 11/05/25. Better followup with the patient would have been appreciated.
I love Ashley Hall, she is so sweet understanding and thorough.
