I came in for chronic shoulder and back pain and had a very disappointing experience. The medical assistant was very unprofessional, dismissive, interrupted me while I was trying to explain my symptoms, and made me feel like my concerns were not important. Dr. Ashley Marcus spent only about three minutes with me, including a very brief examination of my back. Took a day off work Booked an appointment with zoc doc only to arrive and be told That they can’t find my appointment a 2:30 appointment turned into a 3:30 appointment and no telling how long I would have to wait .I left angry and unseen I wasted a day for this nonsense .
For the last several years, I have been dealing with extreme back and hip pain, numbness down the side of my leg, and a variety of other issues. I had visited doctors multiple times, but nothing came of it. Then, through a fortunate set of events, I met Dr. Marcus at a friend's gathering and discovered that she specializes in pain management.
