Her secretary is very kind and professional, Ashley not so much. She called me while I was driving and I told her to let me pull over, she says to call her back and I did. When I called her back she acted annoyed and was very short. Didn't really let me get a chance to explain anything, she just read off a basic text book answer and was very snappy.
