Have attempted to see doctor multiple times and keep being advised to go to ER vs being allowed to schedule an appointment. Refill approvals recquire me calling and speaking to someone to get pushed through and the wait to see the doctor is always long and lab tech always seems to be "off" or late which require having to go to another location to get blood drawn essentially making doctor's visits an entire day. Dr. Guild is great. She listens, and only states what is necessary when it comes to her patients needs. Her nurses are great since I've never had any trouble with prescriptions, refills, and renewals. This last visit, Jennifer ANTICIPATED my need when it came to one of my prescription and already had it ready when I went for my 6 month checkup. I strongly recommend Dr. Guild and her nurses. Keep up the excellent work ladies and look forward to continuing my care with you all through the years to come.
Professional, knowledgeable and pays attention to my concerns. While a fairly no nonsense approach she is a warm physician surrounded by a great staff. Highly recommend Dr. Guild.
I have been seeing Dr. Guild for about a year now and could not have found a better physician. She is assertive and straight forward (which I love) and talks to you in a manner where you can tell she genuinely cares about you and remembers your previous visits. I look forward to having her as my PCP for many years to come.
Even after moving away from the immediate area my 80-yr old mother will see no one else. Very thorough with simple, easy-to-understand explanations on what is going on and how she plans to treat it.
