I was belittled and spoke down to by a salesman in the Ft Worth, Tx location. These salespeople are demanding and pushy with no respect for the customer. They will blow up your phone with rude texts forcing you to come in and seal the deal or you will pay higher prices the next day. I will never step foot into an ashly store. The one salesman I was working with told me if I didnt come in by 5pm, he was going to cancel my order in the system and end up paying higher. He was rude beyond rude

Ordered a dresser online and when it got here there was a defective spot right on top.tried to return it but they pushed us to let a technician look at it to see the "proper course of action" that needed to be taken. He gets here let's us know that he can fix it. That's great! Does it come with a discount. I don't want repaired "NEW" furniture for full price. We went to Ashley's Furniture on April 11, 2026 to look at couches and dining room tables. Found what we like and we were told by Rich that we would have it in 2 weeks. 2 weeks came around haven't heard from anyone from Ashley's Furniture so I called to ask when we should receive our new furniture. I was told then that it would be May 21, that was nothing close to 2 weeks that was like 6 weeks. We were told our sectional was delayed on a piece of the sectional but they could deliver the dining room table and chairs. I told t... read more

Never seen a business operate soooo poorly, you cannot get in touch with a manager at all, they bring you to a call center where no one can help you, I’ve been dealing with Ashley’s for the past 4 months now it’s been a complete disaster, they brought me the wrong furniture 4 times in a row, they are trying to bring me half of a couch that I waited for a month already just so I can wait another month for the rest of the couch I have taken off 5 days of work already cause I cannot trust someone other than myself to be at the ... read more
