I purchased a cute 5 drawer cabinet for the bathroom. It is more of a decorative piece and not functional for my needs. But it is very pretty! I’ll set a vase or something on it. Ashely’s online rep sent me an email and was very kind and helpful. She answered my questions and I appreciated the concern she had about the item not meeting my needs! I decided to keep as a decorative piece!

You guys ROBBED me of over $2000 for “pending charges” two separate times for an order that never went through. I have NO record of any order ACTUALLY being processed when I call your bullshit call center , the local stores don’t answer the phones and I get sent back through the bs outsourced call center. when I checked out my order, that was over $2400, it NEVER ACTUALLY WENT THROUGH ON YOUR END BUT SOME OF IT DAMN SURE DID ON MY BANK ACCOUNT AND I HAVE NO WAY OF FIXING THIS FOR POTENTIALLY 10 BUSINESS DAYS!!!!!!! Bought several pieces. Left in the original boxes b/c I moved across country. Never assembled the items. They won’t return (I can’t get these together-these are garbage pressboard!)and they won’t come assemble. On chat with someone who logged off when I asked for further help. A ton of money for a garbage product and zero customer support!

Hot garbage. I don't even leave reviews but this was insane. I thought Ashley's was a well known/reputable brand. Moved into a new home and was excited to receive furniture. Ordered two dressers and BOTH ARRIVED DAMAGED. One's baseboard was torn in half and the other handle had a sharp end piece and I cut my finger. I contacted customer service and they basically told me you're out of luck if its damaged in transit. I bought the protection plan but they said that doesn't cover. Then what's the point?
