I toured this community to prepare myself for when it’s my time to live with assistance. The Sales Director was very knowledgeable and the place smelled like “moms home cooking” I was impressed by the staff, and most of all the friendly residents. I’m sure that this will be my future home!
My friends and I were in Kroger today and we saw Ms. Terri, Sals Director for The Reserve at Peachtree City. She overheard us talking about my grandmother who has been recently diagnosed with Dementia. She helped me understand what my grandma is going through and gave me information to pass on to my parents about the community she works for. I’m only 17yrs old and she was able to give me pointers on how to cater to the needs of my grandma, something I didn’t understand at first! I’m grateful for running into her today!
Very friendly place and nice place for love ones to call home. Why three stars were given is the staff being on cell phones. Need as with most jobs, ( Cell phones need to not be in use while working.) Please staff visit and watch the residents that you are being trusted by family. You’re not being paid to be on cell phones!!!
While looking for a care home for our mother. I visited several & Peachtree was my absolute favorite. The cleanliness of the building not only did it meet my expectations but the staff was extremely professional. The Resident Care Coordinator Ms Jennifer was an absolute angel. She was very attentive in answering all my questions.
