Unprofessional. My mom has been in this facility for almost seven months. The director is unresponsive. I have tried to book a meeting with them about my issues for the past 3 weeks. I leave messages at the front desk, no acknowledgement. i have booked two meetings with the director and she didn’t show up to either. No return calls from anyone who makes the decisions around here. Just two big bills to my email where I’m being charged with no explanation. I’m fed up and need the number to corporate asap

The Reserve at Peachtree City is so beautiful and the staff has been wonderful! Krystal, the Sales Director, has been absolutely wonderful to work with! She is professional, responsive, and truly caring. She goes above and beyond to answer questions and make the process feel smooth and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely has a heart for seniors and their families. Highly recommend reaching out to her if you’re exploring assisted living options!
My mother had the privilege of spending her last year of life under the care of the kind, loving, professionals at The Reserve at Peachtree City. We moved her there in August 2024 and immediately noticed her improved care and condition over her previous care facility. It’s clean, safe, and well staffed. So far so good. Super stressful to move a parent to assisted living. Are we doing the right thing? It’s been less than a month but so far no major red flags. Mom likes the food has made a couple of friends, feels safe, has more privacy than she expected, loves her room decorated with items from home, she needs a ride to dialysis 3 times a week they take her.
