Very unprofessional, as a pulmonary specialist the Dr never came within two feet of me, which means she did not listen to my lungs on my first visit to her. She never ordered a medical apparatus she spoke of, she did not sign off on the chart until I called the office with my complaint. She never looked at my chart and recommended I get a PFT test, I had to have that done before I I could make an appointment, I had to tell her it had been done the same day as the CT, it was required. Ashley is AMAZING!!! She takes her time to listen to your needs and makes you a priority! I had some lung issues and with one scope visit i was so much better that I didn't even need my inhaler anymore. Thank you Dr. BLACK! YOU'RE AMAZING Highly recommend
Dr. Black was very thorough and personable. I was impressed how she took her time with me and asked me important questions about my health. She had a general concern for my well being and wants me to do food ups with her to help manage my symptoms. I felt heard.
