On 03/26/2023, I purchased a sectional sofa from Ashley Home Store in Huntsville Al. I made this purchase in good faith, paying the full advertised price with the reasonable expectation that I was receiving a new, fully functional sectional sofa as described. Unfortunately, one of the recliners was defective upon delivery. I promptly initiated a claim with store with very little response and no action. Very bad place
I would like to give a bad review To ashley's furniture When it's really bad outside and snowing they don't want to let people go home I hate to say it that They don't care About other people It's kind of messed up how they don't send people Bad weather outside like snowing In black ice My fiancé. Works up there. And that's kinda shitty how they treat their workers
worst place 6 hours to get loaded and they don’t even let you know when they done !!!
