Please see review from "Scott Kunde" I had the same experience. Purchased the extra protection and told if I don't use it (which they did deny the one claim I tried to submit), that I would get the $899 back. The sales person failed to mention that you don't actually get the money back, they give you IN STORE CREDIT. I tried to then use the credit to order some replacement parts. I truly dont understand how this company stays in business. Ripping people off after you have your merchandise back. Very poor customer service. ETC...ETC... It would take too long to list everything...

The local Ashley store in Lagrange told ne that their delivery man would take the old mattress and box springs with them when they delivered mine but the delivery driver refused to take them as they claimed that they never do. I think it was said just to help get the sale.i had to pay the delivery men out of my pocket to get them to take them up the curb so the city crew would pick them up. "You get what you pay for". Mediocre service when you purchase Mediocre product. 01/28/25 - Ashley Furniture delivered my furniture damaging our wood floors. Their process is I hire someone, sign their lien waiver for payment relinquishing them of repair results. Instead of them hiring someone for repair. I have tried to communicate with warranty & their specialty claims since January. And have been denied multiple times for them to speak with me.

I’ve been waiting to write this—honestly, I don’t even know where to begin.
Do not work here. It was hands-down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I was employed here for about 4 months while attending school, aiming to eventually work at a hospital—and let me tell you, this company is an absolute joke from top to bottom. Let’s start with the hiring process:
