DO NOT SHOP HERE OR ANY ASHLEY LOCATION- if I could leave 0 stars I would. I purchased a couch from the Ashley Furniture store located in Oregon in June 2025. Since purchase, the couch has experienced significant quality issues well within the one-year warranty period, including flattened cushions, EXTREME fabric pilling, creaking noises, and overall discomfort that indicates premature wear. We purchased our loveseat and sofa set from a retailer, the furniture is covered under the one-year manufacturer warranty through Ashley Furniture.
