I purchase furniture from the Ashley Outlet in Virginia, One of the beds i brought, the box spring broke within 9 months which was located in my guest room and was rarely used. I contacted customer service to assist me with a resolution of how to repair or possible replace it and all the customer service representative kept repeating to me is after 6 months they could not help me. Wow 1.8 rating! That speaks volumes! The CEO needs to have a meeting with everyone on how to treat their customers! But I'm sure he doesn't care as long as he's getting paid! It's unacceptable to have to go through so much red tape to have them replace a couch that the delivery people broke!! I got so irritated with them. That I requested them to come pick up the furniture and give me a refund! I will never do business with them again. Once the store makes the sale. You're nonexistent! I would give this place a negative grade if it was possible. The worse customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Ordered dinning room, and bedroom furniture, a rung for the dinning room and a small table for my bedroom and there was an issue with each piece. The rug was shipped which meant that the delivery people that delivered the dining room set could not place the rug under the table. Although it was all ordered the same time from the same company!
