It’s not right place to work here for your long term job. Management system is not good here they even don’t listen to voice of there employee. Even they are not worth of their own voice.
Terrible place to work. Supervisors will lie to you for example was originally told incentives would take around 3-6mo the which then turned to 2 years. They’ll overwork your til exhaustion with lots of favoritism. You’ll make the same as your coworkers no matter how much you out work them.
