Marcus and Derek did a great job installing my bedroom set even with all the rain and the party going on at the house.
Derek did a great job with the delivery of my new fridge and haul away of the old.
I have needed basic furniture over the last month due to a personal change in living arrangements. The people I’ve dealt with at the Wausau store have been beyond kind and compassionate. Louise in sales, Daniel in the outlet, Johnny at pickup. I even had to call about a broken lampshade and it was handled. During an incredibly stressful time, this experience gave me peace. Thank you.
Received our new couch today and it was great. Marcus and Logan were very efficient and professional.
Absolutely not acceptable! And Manager was not at all helpful. The entire experience from day one should have been a red flag ( not to purchase) I will NEVER purchase another item from them. I wouldn’t have given a one star rating when I picked it up it was not to be assembled… but it was and wrapped in a moving blanket with a half a roll of tape on it. I couldn’t even look at it before I left. 24 hours later they said sorry you waited too long!
