Major problem with the Ashley Furniture Company truckers that operate on this year not respecting the local roadways. Williams Road between Broadway and MLK is not a truck route.
My car was damaged on their property and security informed me they have no cameras that look into the parking lot and there is nothing they can do. I have filed a police report of the hit and run by one of their employees or contractors.
They take way too long to get your furniture to you ! I let them know 30 minutes before I left my house 🏠 so they could get a head start on getting my furniture ready and I still had to wait about 45 minutes for my furniture to be put on my truck 🚚 ! I also had to put the furniture on my truck 🛻 , other customers' help, and one employee for 2 couches 🛋 in boxes 📦 !
Only one person working to load and pull orders. Clearly they do not give your order by arrival check in, what’s easy first.
