-1 star I recently purchased a furniture set from Ashley Furniture Store, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The delivery was delayed twice, with the staff providing excuses about the truck, which seemed unprofessional. When I decided to pick up the package myself, I had to wait nearly two hours while they located it in the warehouse. Don’t buy their crappy furniture. I purchased 3 items out the box it was by there delivery team it was broken. I asked them to return it and they would not. now after 2 weeks no response from them. I have called multiple times and don’t hit 1 for English you will get the Philippines.
