Having purchased Thomasville and Broyhill in my past, Ashley is local, but a poor choice. Ashley has tried to deliver damaged furniture 4 times, “4” times! It appears they have difficulty delivering undamaged furniture! They have techs they send out to: CLEAN dirty “NEW” furniture or to REPAIR damaged “NEW” furniture! I haven’t purchased a living room set in a while. Having purchased Thomasville and Broyhill, Ashley was an adjustment. Shy of the plethora of furniture in the store in clearwater this has been an experience of what you never want: 1. The first pair of drivers were from Cuba, a wonderful country with excellent customs and food, but these 2 didn’t speak english! 2. Sofas are transported on the end using the arm to balance. Major problem with the Ashley Furniture Company truckers that operate on this year not respecting the local roadways. Williams Road between Broadway and MLK is not a truck route.

My car was damaged on their property and security informed me they have no cameras that look into the parking lot and there is nothing they can do. I have filed a police report of the hit and run by one of their employees or contractors.
