I ordered a chair thru a ashley store On Sunday April 6th 2025 and had it scheduled for Delivery on Saturday April 12th 2025. When the truck showed up and they started to unbox it I IMMEDIATELY STOPPED THEM AND REFUSED IT. The Item they were attempting to Deliver was completely the wrong color chair. The delivery driver called customer care and all they said was "The warehouse loaded the wrong item. Another Delivery will ha e to be scheduled." -1 star I recently purchased a furniture set from Ashley Furniture Store, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The delivery was delayed twice, with the staff providing excuses about the truck, which seemed unprofessional. When I decided to pick up the package myself, I had to wait nearly two hours while they located it in the warehouse. Don’t buy their crappy furniture. I purchased 3 items out the box it was by there delivery team it was broken. I asked them to return it and they would not. now after 2 weeks no response from them. I have called multiple times and don’t hit 1 for English you will get the Philippines.
