$10k worth of furniture just to get trash service. Showed up without hardware so the bed couldn't be put together. And as usual, customer service is outsourced overseas and you can't understand a word they say and they aren't actually listening. Just reading a script. Shop elsewhere. Then they try to say I didn't pay for delivery and bounce me around call centers. Save yourself and shop elsewhere
Our for an evening with my better half and thought, "Let's go buy something. There's Ashley Furniture. Let's stop there." Have been looking for big wall art for a year. Entered the store and BAM there it was. The sales experience was exeptional due to the outstanding customer service exhibited by Michelle.
