Gabriel, Alejandro and Robert were amazzzing! Not only were they very cautious with all the furniture, but they made sure to move it around till I was happy with the position of everything and where it went! These guys were great! Thank you so much!

We arrived at Ashley’s Distribution Center right at 10:00 AM when they opened to pick up our order (#707L400914). We were actually the first customers there. Unfortunately, we were told our order had to be manually pulled because the system showed it was not staged for pickup. Despite arriving early and even using the text notification system ahead of time to let them know we were on the way “to minimize waiting time,” we have now been waiting over an hour and a half while the order is being located and prepared.
