This review is for the shipping aspect. Hubby and I were in store last Saturday, Nov. 15, looking for bedside lamps. Found the perfect set. Ordered them and was told we should recieve by 11/20. Did not recieve and the next day we called to check on status. The person who answered the phone at the store could not help and transferred to the ordering/shipping dept. That person was at a call center and when asked to transfer to the Brandon store she said she did not have the capability and could not help either. I called the st... read more

Our for an evening with my better half and thought, "Let's go buy something. There's Ashley Furniture. Let's stop there." Have been looking for big wall art for a year. Entered the store and BAM there it was. The sales experience was exeptional due to the outstanding customer service exhibited by Michelle. I would also take a moment to give a shout out to Yani (store manager) for his professionalism. They were both very personable and helpful. I would recommend shopping here.
