Geoff helped us get our furniture repaired under the 3rd party warranty that we bought when we bought our sofa sleeper and loveseat. Originally the warranty company wanted to replace the loveseat instead of repairing it, which would have required us to pay $360 to ship the new sofa. I don’t have $360 which is why we bought the extra warranty thinking things were covered. The warranty company also would have required us to buy a new warranty policy for the replacement couch. Jen was very good at answering all of our questions and she left us alone to make a decision. She showed us pieces that she thought we might like. I have not had delivery of the furniture yet so I cannot comment on it as of yet.
Jason helped me pick out a sectional for my new apartment & he was awesome! Super helpful, knowledgeable, & patient. The girls at checkout were great as well as the guys on the loading dock who helped load the couch for me. It was a great experience overall & best of all, my new sectional is incredible! 10/10
