I purchased a very expensive bedroom set and the top is peeling. I have spoken to customer service and they are blaming me that all 3 pieces of furniture is peeling. Going over reviews it seems others clients are having same issue with this type of furniture. Order my dresser May 13th and still have not received. keep getting the date to ship pushed back left and email and called multiple times with no call back or response..never ordering from here again
Buyer beware! If you use their financing and assume that your monthly payment will be appropriate to pay the debt within the promotional terms, you will screwed with all of the deferred interest. I bought two couches 9 months ago at ~$2,200 and received the promotional 24-months no interest through their chosen financing company Synchrony Bank. Furniture is 5 months behind delivery. Salesmen lied to us. Customer service is rude and hangs up. Ive been told something different every time I speak with anyone. The whole company has lost my respect and future business. I will never do buisness again or allow a friend to make this mistake.
This cabinet was sent to us in a box and broken. Tried to call and no one picks up. This is ridiculous 😡 I am not excited to open up the bench or table that we ordered

The manager Efren was super helpful and accommodating, he answered all my questions and concerns! I haven’t received my furniture yet, but I’m sure it will be just perfect!!!
