Jan 2, 2021 I go pick up a Queen Size Only 2 boxes were going to fit on my SUV Headboard would not fit. Supervisor says are you going to take merchandise or not ?? I said let me come back later with a Bigger Vehicle or Truck. I go back a 2nd time with a Huge Suburban/ Suv we wanted all 3 boxes inside the Suburban/ SUV they place the headboard outside the roof of SUV without even asking US. Then they give US an Attitude by saying to US next time bring a F Truck . Wooow so Disrespectful, so Unprofessional, Rude

The service and the attention with the sells men was great, But Iam so sad and disappointed 😞 I was really looking forward on having my new sectional sofas by Thanksgiving. you guys said they will arrive between 4 to 6 weeks. I have been waiting for them for a month already and today I found out they are not arriving until December 22, 😡 thats unexceptable

Buyer beware. The sales staff will promise your product in 3-4 weeks then customer service will call and tell you 12 weeks. Then they will refuse to cancel your order even 2 days after ordering.

Horrible experience here. Sales rep just wanted a sale and closed us on discontinued couches and Rugs. We were told it was going to take 6-8 weeks to come in. We have them the time they said and came back to the store to check on the furniture and turns out it was never going to come in because it was discontinued. Then why have it in the sales floor? Why sell a customer the couch knowing they were never going to receive it. Now I need to get these incomplete couches picked up from my house and wait 14 business days to get m... read more
