Ashley furniture in North Kendall is a scam. I tried to return a sofa which was too big less than 24 hours before the purchase. Unbeknownst to me, they have a no return policy. I had to call the corporate office to have them approve a return charging me a $15% restocking fee plus a second delivery so that I can return it for love seat version. It cost me an additional $350 to return something that ended up being smaller. Do Not shop here!
Such a pristine store! They have all the trending looks and designs. The staff know how to help you find what you are looking for too. I'll definitely be back
BUYER BEWARE! we have had a horrible exchange of business with this store. They charge you for mistakes they make and they don't tell you this when you are there at the store. They shipped us a broken item and make us feel bad about it and want us to pay to exchange it. They are very manipulative with mal intention! Read all reviews online before giving business to this store! #SayNotoAshleyFurniture
