I enjoyed my shopping days at the Burlington store. The staff there is the best, and I have been to all the local furniture stores like Dave's, and others. Ashley has better quality, and I bought a painting. lamps, and a whole bedroom set, and dining chairs to go with my table. The chairs were set back, as one looked to be a second, and another was banged up. One dining chair the seat cover needed to be replaced, so I refused those, and was called that same day that the chairs would be ordered. I went back on another day and... read more

She went above and beyond in showing us options based on cues about our style and listened to every concern we had about each piece, amazing customer service!

We recently bought a recliner, 2 chair side tables and a coffee table from Ashley Furniture Store. Since we're very careful with our purchases this took several trips. With the able and cheerful help of Diane Kyle-Smith, we found exactly what we were looking for and couldn't be more pleased. We bought 2 leather love seats and a couch... Within a few months the dark color of the leather began to come out and started to turn the area orange....Ask the sales person if they warranted the problem and they said no !!! Ask me if I bought an extended warranty, and we didn't, but to me seemed to be a factory defect and was only a few months old !!!! They told us they would sell me a dye to fix the problem myself....Ever since then I have purchased furniture from Rooms To Go without any problems....
